There are two things about Shane that make her stand out from other realtors. The first is trust. We felt that we could completely trust Shane in her recommendations to us. One example was when she recommended that we have our cedar shake roof cleaned. Initially we thought that cleaning the roof wasnt warranted. We thought it was just a aEURoeCape Cod roofaEUR? with lots of lichen and we werent even aware that the lichen would come off without damaging the roof. But since Shane felt it was important, we trusted her guidance and decided to have it done. The second thing is that Shane is a Chatham native and she knows people and how to get things done. The roof cleaning company said it would be two weeks before they could get to us. We told Shane that and she contacted the roof cleaners and they did the job two days later! Cleaning the roof did make a huge difference and we were very happy with the result. Our house sold quickly and to a lovely couple. We couldnt have been more pleased with the entire process and end result. Shane is an absolute pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking about buying or selling their home.

Shane is literally the best realtor I have ever worked with! She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and negotiations. It was so quick from start to finish! The pictures were barely listed and an offer was made and countered and my asking price was met the first day on the market. I think it was just shy of three weeks and we were at the closing date. I am not sure but that may be a record. Shane was and is amazing. And her knowledge of Cape Cod is all inclusive. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone wanting to sell their home. Be it a multi million dollar home (as much of Chatham is) or a normal modest home like mine. She took care of all the details. From the closing attorney to the photographer to the septic inspection to the fire inspection. She even purchased the correct alarms I need so I would not get the wrong ones. I still cant believe how smoothly and quickly it all went. Amazing job Shane!!!!
