I cannot imagine buying a home without Gayle's expertise and kindness. As out of state buyers, we relied on Gayle to digitally (and by phone and text) keep us informed for almost a year before she found the perfect place for us. Once the offer was accepted she kept us informed about closing dates, inspections, utilities, and even local long-stay hotels when we arrived in South Dakota a week prior to closing.
