Gayle has sold one home for me, and another home for a customer of mine; she was extremely professional both times. Great communication, very trustworthy, patient, etc. Gayle has lived in Brookings a long time, and she uses her experience with the Brookings area to help buy and sell houses. She knows the area market very, very well. She priced our house well, suggested some improvements prior to listing to help the house show well, and overall did a phenomenal job.

I cannot imagine buying a home without Gayle's expertise and kindness. As out of state buyers, we relied on Gayle to digitally (and by phone and text) keep us informed for almost a year before she found the perfect place for us. Once the offer was accepted she kept us informed about closing dates, inspections, utilities, and even local long-stay hotels when we arrived in South Dakota a week prior to closing. Throughout the process she was relentless in her quest to please us and had the patience (she put up with my endless questions) of a saint. Now that we're here, I know we have made a life-long friend in Gayle.
