Shana Brookshire Harris

Shana Brookshire is a native of the Asheville community and she couldn't see herself anywhere else! Graduating Magna Cum Laude, with a BA in Social Work from Mars Hill College (now known as Mars Hill University), Shana is passionate about using her skills of advocating, communication, and facilitation to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate aspirations. Receiving her real estate license in December 2013, Shana is excited to be a consistent multi-million dollar producer since becoming a full time Broker | REALTOR(R) in January 2015.

Shana enjoys spending time with her husband, Roy, and their two children, Journi and Jett, as she navigates them through WNC, continuously discovering to new places to explore and support local.

A savvy negotiator and skilled communicator, Lisa is fully committed to providing a specialized consultative approach with impeccable service, ensuring each of her clients achieve their real estate goals-and have fun while doing it.

Lisa and her husband Chris, a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Carolina Mountain Sales, have been buying, remodeling, and selling luxury homes as founders of Andres Development Consulting Services since 2011.

Lisa received her Professional Aeronautics Bachelor of Science Degree from Embry Riddle University. As a Veteran herself and also a military spouse, Lisa has over 20 years of extensive relocation experience throughout the country. A fitness and outdoor enthusiast, avid road cyclist, and a true lover of good food and beer - Lisa's in heaven to grow roots in Asheville with her husband and two beautiful daughters.
