Shalynn Spitz

I started my real estate career in 2018 renovating properties with my husband. I fell in love with Real Estate, the business, the people, and the atmosphere. I knew then, Real Estate is where I belonged. When I chose to become a full-time agent, I was nervous and anxious all at the same time but knew I wouldn't regret it. I am a very social and outgoing person, I enjoy meeting new people and helping them to achieve their goals. I do this by helping my clients find their dream home, sell their house, or to take the next steps towards their future. I grew up in the small rural town of Newman Grove and I am currently located in Humphrey, NE. I currently participate in the Community Club in Humphrey, I have been active in Teammates for several years, and I participate in other various volunteer activities. I will be getting involved in many other activities around Columbus to better serve my clients. I dedicate my time directly to my clients to help them find the perfect home or to get their house sold quickly. It is my duty and honor to serve the people of Nebraska and those moving into the area.
