Shalla was very active in helping with the sale of my home and handled any concerns I had with promptness and knowledge. Any stress with hiccups or concerns were handled graciously and with kindness explaining what was happening and why. Shalla was not receptive to our needs or wants. When we mentioned our preferences or values when it came to buying or selling, those items were hit back with her opinions or her reasons as to why our values are wrong. Any hesitation we had with selling our home was met with "it's not a big deal. It's not a concern. Don't worry. You don't want to start over". Ultimately trying to sway us to continue down a bad path just to finish the sale. She didn't meet objections from us very well especially in terms of shopping around for various inspectors or title companies which led her to saying we should have just went for sale by owner since we aren't valuing her opinions and we're trying "to cheap out". Buying and selling could have gone a lot better and it was a miserable experience.

I ended up with Raymond when I had requested to look at a property in a neighborhood a few other realtors did not want to visit. When one of those realtors turned down the request, she passed us to him. He looked at several possible homes for investment for us. We ended up putting our investment purchase on hold while we addressed other family real estate.I ended up using him as the listing agent for my father's home. He went above and beyond to get the house ready for listing. He was available for all inspections, and was diligent about getting the information to/from us as we did this process mostly from out of state. He provided options for contractors for the roof, pool, and interior, and went above and beyond what could be expected of any realtor. By the end of the process, he was like family to us. I am quite thankful that the other realtor passed our initial request to him. I will be using him again in the future when we are ready to begin expanding our rental portfolio. With his help, I hope to help revitalize and beautify a few homes in Jacksonville, and provide safe and clean housing for families.

Best agent I have worked with, was very patient and encouraging. She helped negotiate multiple offers with sellers until one stuck. She also found a way for me to qualify for a program that helped with a lot of closing costs and mortgage, as well as helping get me the best home insurance we could find. 10/10 would recommend.
