He lacks any payment portal, insisting on wire transfers that de facto increased our rent by $30 a month without telling us up front while we were finalizing the lease. He attempted to deduct repairs from our bond that existed before we started renting. Strongly recommend using a proper real estate agent that is part of a legitimate company with a functioning website.
