I had a very disappointing experience with this agent. She came across as rude and uninterested from the start. During my first call after submitting my application, she sounded short and unhelpful, but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she might have been having a bad day. However, when I followed up a week later, her attitude was the sameaEUR"she hung up on me as I was saying thank you and goodbye. She didnt seem willing to help or provide any useful details about the property. Based on my experience, I wouldnt recommend working with her. Id suggest finding a different agent within the company who is more professional and courteous.

She kept me up to date with everything going on with the contract. Chimene was great to work with. She was able to get an inspector to the check the house over by the next day after we signed the contract to buy. I would work with her again.
