Selling a house is challenging. Mr. Grigor was not only attentive, responsive and informative throughout the selling process but also friendly and very knowledgeable at what he does. We wanted the house sold as soon as possible; we had placed our house on the market and within approximately 2-3 weeks we had an interested buyer. Even during his vacation, he was available when and if we needed things to be done or have any issues that arised. He was also helpful at recommending others that were also great at their services (such as plumbers and AC services) that needed to be fixed at the house (and great prices). He was very diligent at having us part of the process and making sure we were involved at all times as well as making sure we were aware of any changes that needed to be done accordingly. We are glad and thankful for him and his staff and for their wonderful services. We highly recommend him.
