Seth Robbins is a first-class real estate agent.My wife and I have been working with Seth for more than 2 years while we were living in upstate New York looking for a home in the Southport, NC area that we could relocate to. We gave him some ideas of what we were looking for and he would provide listings. The listings were always right on target. When we finally sold our house in NY and drove down to Southport, we met Seth at his office. We gave him the price bracket we had chosen and Seth came up with a group of homes to visit. We left his office to see homes that were on the market and when we saw the third house, WHAM! We went back to his office and submitted an offer. It was accepted the next day.
