1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Take your time. This is one of the biggest decisions of your life. Make sure it is the perfect place for you. Use an agent that has extreme knowledge of the area and the market trends.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Making sure the home looks amazing online. With today's technology the first time a buyer will see your home is online. It has to look its best! Pricing a home is imperative as well. All of the marketing in the world is fruitless if the home is not priced correctly.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with all types of buyers and sellers. First time buyers, investors, second home purchase.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently sold the highest-priced property in Holden beach for 2020. The sellers had listed with other agents and had been trying to find a buyer for over 2 years. . I was not only able to sell their home but procured the buyers as well and made both parties feel comfortable through the entire process.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in property management and was the broker in charge of a vacation rental company managing over 600 properties. This was a very exhausting position. I realized I was a perfect fit to help investors buy income producing properties using my property management and business degree knowledge. I slowly transitioned over to sales, and I am now in my 7 year of service.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes. I have my certification as a Resort & Second Home Specialist. I spend many hours in class and online every year to make me more knowledgeable to give my clients the best service possible. Our office motto is "Our clients deserve a better experience," and I keep that in mind with every person I encounter.
