ZillowVERIFIEDMy house was a short sale, which not every realtor wants to handle. Sergio did not mind at all. He found a lawyer who specializes in problem house sales. Sergio had a good handyman who helped repair small problems in the house. During my two house sales, Sergio stopped by to be encouraging. For Open House, Sergio used all the media available. He made a few visits during the week before the Open House to see how he could help. The house had a buyer within a week. Before the closing, there was a Northeastern that brought down a few trees. Only one hit the house---the garage roof--no damage. Sergio pulled it off the roof. Because of my money problems, Sergio was willing to put the trees limbs in the front yard at the curb for town pick-up. The closing went through without any problems due to the fine lawyer Sergio found for me. Without a doubt I would use Sergio Sciortino again. Sergio cares about the seller even more than the sale---that is my opinion and Sergio's actions bear that out.
