About Sergio Mesa

Sergio Mesa is a native of New Orleans and currently resides on the Northshore. He has over ten years of experience in the Residential and Commercial Real Estate market including involvement in office, retail, multifamily, vacant land, and industrial sales. Sergio was also a commercial real estate appraiser for eight years and within that time, he assisted in the valuation of a wide array of property types including vacant land, office and retail facilities, restaurants, apartment complexes, mobile home parks, self-storage facilities, shopping centers, and industrial properties. Mr. Mesa is currently pursuing his CCIM designation in commercial real estate sales being a licensed real estate sales person in the State of Louisiana. Sergio is based out of Nexthome Real Estate Professionals and services all of Tangipahoa and St. Tammany Parishes alike in addition to the Greater New Orleans Metropolitan area and all other parishes along the I-12 and I-10 corridors. His clients are always first priority by educating them with viable facts to help make the best decision in their Real Estate Investments. Sergio is fluent in both English and Spanish languages.
