ZillowVERIFIEDWe used Sergio and Ivonne in 2014 to help us sell our townhouse in San Jose. 7 years later we contacted them to help us sell our house in Elk Grove and buy one in Vacaville. Even though we were encouraged to use a local realtor to buy a new home we felt strongly about engaging Sergio and Ivonne based on our previous experience with them. Their attention to detail is impeccable! The day the photographer was coming to take pictures of our house in Elk Grove, Sergio was outside on a ladder cleaning a window that our professional cleaners had missed. He also trimmed a tree in the front yard when our gardener was late! He and Ivonne dug in and helped us prepare our home when we found out the photographer was coming 4 hours earlier than planned. We couldnt have done it without their help! When we found the house we wanted to buy, Sergio handled all arrangements with contractors that were needed to make the new house ready to move in. He took so much stress and worry off our shoulders. Did I mention that both our houses were approximately 100 miles from their office? Talk about full service, Sergio and Ivonne are top notch!!!
