Sergio helped my wife and I list our home, sell our home and purchase a new upgraded home. Sergio is very pleasant, kind and knowledgeable of the real estate backup. Using his skills he came up with a perfect price to list our home that generated buzz and ended in us getting over ask. He was represented us very well in purchasing our new home. Sergio made me feel like home while selling my home. He is highly knowledgeable, compassionate, and sharp. My house was placed on the market on a Monday, and had two offers the next day. He gave me great pointers on how to present my home without breaking the bank. Furthermore, I have had an emotional attachment to my house, and it was so hard to let go. While Sergio was professional, he also shown compassion. He made sure that I didnt feel like just another transaction. This guy Serge is with you at the toughest times When you need the most. The effort he puts in just cannot be justified. He is a wonderful guy and gets along with everyone. When you need that push, he is there to make it happen. You will not regret having him represent you. His work ethics and effort speaks itself but sometimes writing something about someone great may give those going through hard times be aware why go through that when you can use Serge!
