First and foremost the energy that exudes from Sergey is outstanding. He guided me through the process as I was a first-time home buyer and as a Veteran. Sergey was very patient and knowledgeable. He also took the time no matter the time of day and responded to any questions that I had. Another great part of working it Sergey is his network with Home Inspectors, Lenders and Title companies. I was able to close in about 30 days using a VA loan. He was also able to negotiate with the seller and have the major items fixed on the sellers behalf. I will be using Sergey again to purchase a rental property in the near future. Sergey goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. Sergey is a very professional and outstanding agent.
