Many apologies for the delay of this review; it is long overdue. I had a previous realtor I was going to work with again but on a recommendation I went with Serena and I am so glad I did. This was my first time selling and buying at the same time and was extremely nervous about it. After just a couple of conversations with her, I had complete confidence in her ability to efficiently manage the selling of my condo and the purchase of my new home. I was incredibly impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and amazing attention to detail.
