i am out of state investor, and need local help for advice. she went above and beyond, very very responsive (even at late night which i sometimes forget she's 3 hours ahead of me).. i found she treated my investment property as if her own. I am not at the stage ready to sell (since it was purchased recently), but when i am ready, i definitely will ask her to represent me. if you in the market to buy/sell, she's highly recommended...

Senetta was awesome! She was delightful to work with and made my first time buying a home easier than I expected. You hear all these stories about how buying a house can take months and that it is a long and drawn out process....well not my first time. Senetta made it easy sailing. It took exactly 45 days from start to finish. I fell in love with the first home she showed me and she worked hard for me to get the home at the price I wanted. She also helped with getting the seller to pay some of the closing cost and to do repairs on the home! Thank you Senetta for your hard work and dedication to the Williams family. You were awesome.
