Selden was an incredible realtor to work with. I was an out of state buyer who needed showings by FaceTime, video, and pictures. He did it all, and he did in a prompt response. He never delayed in his response and pursuit in the house due to the speed of the market. Since I was an out of state buyer, he provided all the tools necessary for me to close. He recommended the lender, property manager, and more. In addition, he offered me the opportunity to close remotely at my home state. However, I opted to fly in town to sign and live the moment. I can go on and on about the professionalism Selden portrayed throughout the process but that would be repetitive. I will again use Selden for his real estate services for my next home. 100% recommend him.

Buying a home is a journey, that will forever tell a story. This home buying scenario was a little different than the normal. I was facilitating and helping my cousins buy their very first home. Due to their travel schedule, they entrusted in me to find them the perfect home. No pressure, right!?! The house is perfect and they love it. The process was very fast and closed a little shy of 4 weeks from the time they put in their first offer.
