He never delayed in his response and pursuit in the house due to the speed of the market. Since I was an out of state buyer, he provided all the tools necessary for me to close. He recommended the lender, property manager, and more. In addition, he offered me the opportunity to close remotely at my home state. However, I opted to fly in town to sign and live the moment.
