Seema Layne

In 2015 Seema Layne joined Kaufman Realty Team as their executive assistant. January 2018 she got her real estate license and is now an active seller/buyer agent. She has a unique understanding of the real estate market that she acquired while working at The Warren Group (TWG). As a Data Analytics Account Manager, she took raw real estate data from across New England and delivered compelling and actionable analytics to the company. With Warren Analytics, she was able to help predict performance, identify opportunity, gauge trends, and detect risk, as she highlighted the many ebbs and flows of the market. This training is helpful as she helps sellers and buyers through the home selling and buying process. Currently, Seema lives in Needham with my husband and 3 children. Her kid's currency attends Hillside Elementary School. She enjoys being part of the Needham community and volunteering for Parent Talk where she was named Volunteer of the Year for 2016 and the Library Foundation of Needham where she was an active board member for three years.
