I am writing this review on my mothers behalf- my mom worked with Sean on finding the right home for over a year on and off. Showed us multiple properties until we found the one my mom loved. Sean remained patient, professional and always insightful on the home buying process. He took the time to explain each step of the process. The rising interest rates really affected my mothers buying power as she wanted to remain within an affordable mortgage rate for herself. Her goal was to stop renting and finally own her own space. In July of 2023, we finally found a place she can call home and in which she would be paying less in mortgage than she was paying in rent! Sean was always accommodating when it came to showings and always gave us the best advice. He got us to the closing table seamlessly. I am now working with Sean on finding the right home for my own family and excited to continue working together!
