Sean's journey in real estate and entrepreneurship began when he was young, growing up in a family business with multi-generational investment properties, and owning his first home at age 24. His background before he opened his real estate business was in immersive leadership training; working at NOLS, he worked with elite clients such as the US Naval Academy, the Columbia and Wharton Business Schools, and SpaceX in expeditionary settings in Alaska, Patagonia, and elsewhere around the world. He also holds a PhD in philosophy. He cut his teeth as a realtor in southern Vermont, servicing luxury clients near the Okemo, Stratton, and Killington ski areas.
