He was able to provide practical advice on the repairs & costs that would be associated with the renovations needed on each particular house we were looking at to purchase. Sean did a great job assisting us with the sale of our house. His expertise in the geographic area was instrumental in determining the sale price for the area which resulted in a fairly quick sale.
