Sean Stein

Originally from the Philadelphia area, Sean attended Upper Dublin High School and went on to get a Business degree at Indiana University. After graduating college, he jumped right into the Philadelphia restaurant industry with his father David and brother Scott. They owned several Philadelphia favorites including Red Sky (Old City), Pearl (Rittenhouse) and Jake's Sandwich Board (various locations). Sean has proven he knows what it takes to run multiple successful restaurants over the last 10 years.

Sean entered the Real Estate world and hit the ground running by doing over $1.5 million in transactions within his first three months. Sean has stayed true to his roots in Center City Philadelphia, where he's resided for the last 15 years. He can pretty much tell you anything you need to know about what neighborhood would best suit your needs. While walking through the streets with Sean, he'll often talk Philly landmarks that many people don't necessarily know about.

Sean can be seen on the weekends walking through Northern Liberties, Fishtown or hanging out at Liberty Lands Park with his wife Erica, son Jordan and dog Penelope. He enjoys dining out and has never met an old fashioned he doesn't like. His favorite eateries at the moment are The Love, Dmitri's, North 3rd and Suraya.
