Despite that, Charlie kept the buyers interested with a magnificent 3D tour of our home and drone footage. Any buyers that came through were required to wear face masks. As it turned out, we had to replace our 25 year old roof. After several roofing companies said they could not even start for 6-8 months, Charlie found us one that started immediately aEUR" and finished the job in less than a month!I would unreservedly recommend Charlie Leonard if you are buying or selling a house.
