ZillowVERIFIEDSean Freixa was what seemed like the 37th phone call we received from Realtors after our listing expired. We tried two other agents in two years to sell my property without any luck. Sean did not waste any time and made sure we only showed to fully qualified buyers that met our criteria and would not rent it out the first year. He was able to weed out all the window shoppers and investors and eventually connected us with a fully qualified family ready to go that will occupy the property. Sean fully vetted the buyers, worked closely with their agent and lender, and made sure we closed on time. He also was very kind and patient working with my long term tenants for over 10 years. My tenants needed to get the Covid vaccine so that they could move back and retire in Colombia. Sean was able to guide them and get them an appt for the vaccine at a local church! That could have been a huge delay but Sean was able to think outside the box and do more than the job description to get the job done.
