Sean showed expertise in our area as well as the surrounding market. He was able to market our house higher then past sales. He was very responsive to our needs and went out of his way to take care of open houses and showings while we dealt will an unexpected death in the family.While the selling process took longer than we have experienced or expected, Sean continued to market our house and got us our asking price.I would recommend and use Sean's services again.
