I was pleased to find I was wrong on both concerns thanks to Sean.Sean was very responsive and easy to work with. His feedback on repairs needed and asking price were right on the mark. He was even correct with the length of time he predicted the house would take to sell. His experience, candor and attitude were exactly what I was looking for in a realtor. He even went the extra mile to arrange for yard cleanup and other repairs because I was traveling extensively for work. I have never received the attention, responsiveness and service from other realtors that I received from Sean.Overall, I was in truly capable hands throughout the process. There were no surprises, no mistakes and no excuses. I felt like we were truly partners with the same goal. I would highly recommend Sean if you are interested in selling your house. I had already been in contact with Sean, and he had set up a portal with houses for me to look at, when I told him it looked like we'd have to wait another year.Literally a year later, we were finally ready and I gave him a call back. As first-time home buyers, I had done a lot of research, read a lot of books, but still had no real, practical experience.Sean is GREAT for first-time home buyers.
