He was even correct with the length of time he predicted the house would take to sell. His experience, candor and attitude were exactly what I was looking for in a realtor. He even went the extra mile to arrange for yard cleanup and other repairs because I was traveling extensively for work. My husband and I had a bit of a false start when it came to buying a house, in as much as we knew we wanted to, but weren't quite ready, yet. I had already been in contact with Sean, and he had set up a portal with houses for me to look at, when I told him it looked like we'd have to wait another year.Literally a year later, we were finally ready and I gave him a call back. As first-time home buyers, I had done a lot of research, read a lot of books, but still had no real, practical experience.Sean is GREAT for first-time home buyers. He was very knowledgeable, was never caught flat-footed by any of my questions, and was great at evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of various aspects of any given home we looked at.
