Sean Averill

Sean is one of the owners of PureWest Real Estate. He opened the Whitefish office in 2001 and over the next 14 years expanded to 15 offices with locations in 11 cities across the state. He was awarded the 2001 Northwest Montana Association of REALTORS "Rookie of the Year" Award. In 2013, he purchased PureWest Real Estate then merged Trails West with West Venture in 2015 to become the largest real estate company in Montana. Sean is a fourth generation Montana native and a life-long resident of the Flathead Valley giving him vast knowledge of the Flathead area. In his free time he lives the Montana dream enjoying skiing, fishing, mountain biking, basketball, golf and kayaking. He is a graduate of the University of Montana's School of Business Administration and is also a member of the Northwest Montana Associate of REALTORS. His vast development knowledge includes personal subdivisions and commercial development across the state. All of this combined with his innovative nationwide and international marketing strategies, utilizing the latest technology, allows Sean to provide his clients with the highest level of service.
