Scott and his team successfully handled the purchase of our new house in East Sandwich. He combines strong social skills with pragmatic business ability and focus. Between our first visit to the house, through today (we still send him occasional inquiries about house operations) Scott has been engaged and communicative. Leading up to closing he handled a multitude of issues with the seller, also middling transactions with our house inspector, our lawyer, our mortgage company, our new house insurer, and the broker handling the sale of our prior house in another state. He had a practical solution for every issue. We started the process of finding a house on the Cape months before with another broker. However, over time we concluded that the prior broker didn't really understand us and lacked communication skills. We were delighted to meet and start working with Scott. He and his team got it all done with enthusiasm and a smile. Strongly recommended.

Scott was put in a difficult situation with what I will call an unreasonable seller. I also had numerous questions and assistance needed with finding contractors for more detailed inspections and he was tremendous during the whole buying process. Lastly there were a couple hiccups during the closing process and he and his team were excellent during this part of the transaction as well.I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone and in fact, have already passed his name along to a couple of my closest friends.
