Scott was extremely attentive and did a lot of the intangible things that made a challenging situation less stressful. Started with the excellent marketing of the house (I probably viewed it 50 times). I was relocating out of state and had to have several things taken care of during the selling process that included a new roof that needed to be installed during this. Scott's local resources made things seamless for me as I worked in Michigan. Scott made the connections, things got done and the house was sold!! I highly recommend Scott.
