Meghan was absolutely instrumental in our home buying journey, and let me tell you, it was a LONG one! We worked with her for 18 months, and her enthusiasm and willingness to respond, take us to showings, do the paperwork - NEVER wavered. She was as helpful from day 1 as when we finally closed, and we really appreciate her for that. We looked at homes all over: westside, Eastside, mid-city, you name it, and Meghan drove to meet us through traffic and all. In real estate, time is of the essence, and Meghan moves fast! We texted her late at night about the home we ended up buying, and the next morning we were already going to see it. Not to mention, when we finally got an accepted offer, she navigated us through many hurdles during our complicated escrow. We wouldnt have been able to get to the other side without Meghan and her full team (we even got an amazing gardener recommendation from someone on her team!) We cant thank her enough for her help in buying a place that truly checked off all our boxes.

We cant say enough about Scott and Meghan. We were out of state sellers that have not been back to our condo in over 15 years; it was hard to assess what needed to be fixed after being rented for 15 years, and in the current market we felt that we probably needed to update things somewhat to make it presentable to get the best possible offer.Scott helped us from start to finish, managing a full facelift/renovation including kitchen demo, updating the bathrooms, painting the entire unit, and replacing all flooring in the unit that spanned nearly 2 months. He found reasonable contractors that did great work. He also coordinated the delivery and installation of the stainless steel appliances we purchased, as well as the staging. We did not need to fly to California for anything.We then put our condo up for sale and got well over asking, and even higher than Zillow estimated or what we were expecting.We loved Scott and Meghans professionalism and responsiveness, especially with our situation being out of state; they made it so easy! We highly recommend them without reservation!Mahalo Scott and Meghan! 5+ stars!

Meghan and Scott are both wonderful! Before they placed our condo on the market, they strategized with us, had a staging consultant provide suggestions, and had an experienced photographer take pictures of the property that really captured the essence of our home - all at no cost to us! Once our condo went on the market, it was off within one week because we had multiple offers! Not only do they have an incredible way with people, but they also have a profound work ethic and will go above and beyond to reach as many potential buyers through their network. We really enjoyed working with them, the process was incredibly smooth, and they made sure that there werent added stressors that we had to deal with.
