Scott Sherman

Scott Sherman was born and raised in the Central San Joaquin Valley. As a kid he would spend time with his grandfather, where he was introduced to multiple trades while working on houses, woodworking, farm work and many creative projects. After graduating from Bear Creek High, Scott joined the AirForce and learned to be an Airplane Mechanic. After attending Delta Community College, Scott enrolled in Sacramento State University majoring in Business Finance, Business Marketing, and Criminal Justice. During this time Scott was active with Sigma Chi, The Ski & Snowboard Club & began to purchase properties to rent or flip in his free time. Scott obtained his Real Estate license in 2010 and graduated from college in 2012. Focusing more on investment projects, Scott became a full time realtor in 2017 with the goal set to assist others buy, sell, and invest in Real Estate. In 2019, he began to focus more on Commercial Real Estate to be an educated asset for his clients. Outside of work, Scott is an active member in the Stockton community prioritizing time to volunteer for various local organizations. He enjoys: hiking, skiing, water sports, exploring the Delta, and showing clients all that the local Stockton area has to offer. Scott takes pride in client satisfaction and quality work offering clients one-on-one time with integrity, professionalism, and dedication from beginning to end.
