Scott was recommended to us by a friend of my brother. We live in Wisconsin and had to sell my brother's home in Fairview due to a death. Scott was so willing to help with anything needed to get the house ready for listing. He helped with local regulations and requirements. We would have not known where to begin. Scott was always there to help. His professionalism was definitely part of his nature. Scott knows the real estate values of the area. But with that being said, he also had a "do whatever has to be done work ethic". Very communitive, letting us know if he was going to be unavailable or when he would get back to us. With the situation of this sale, being an estate, he worked very well with the attorney's office.
