From the first phone call Scott was responsive, attentive and very interested in helping us without being too aggressive or pushy. Then when we met with one of his agents, Frank McCloud, we were thoroughly convinced that he was our man. Frank was knowledgeable, caring and was already prepared with a strategy on how to best sell our house to meet our precise goals. The Scott Rogers team was honestly a Godsend. I have had this house for three years longer than I ever wanted to and we went through some bumpy rides together between tenants and realtors and repairs and management companies, but as soon as Scott's team got a hold of this house they went to work. This sale was of course bumpy and one of a kind, but Scott's team made all the right moves and listened to a few tears being shed by me too. Rodgers Real Estate was the team I chose after initially going with another realtor. I can say that I am very happy with my decision, as it was a much better fit with Rodgers team. I had a difficult sale regardless of who I went with, but the Rodgers team provided me with all of the extra effort I do not believe I would have had anywhere else. Dealing with difficult buyers, the Rodgers team kept me updated through the entire process, even through some unexpected changes in the middle of the transaction. They have an extensive arm of real estate professional partners from cleaning to updating to repair. They work with what is most important to you in the sale and make sure that this is what you get. During the Winter months they assigned a runner to stop by my vacant house multiple times per week. My realtor also stopped by a number of times to check on certain things. I received a call after each group of showings to review the feedback and discuss what should be expected in the coming weeks. They honored all agreements that were made from the beginning and even continued to fight for deserved money owed to me after the sale was final.
