When we were looking for our first home more than 5 years ago, we saw a home listed by Price + Hou. After seeing countless homes during our search, we really enjoyed how professional and seamless the viewing experience was from a buyer's standpoint. Fast forward 5+ years, when we were looking to sell our home, Janice was one of our first calls to see if she was interested in working together. I appreciated Janice's transparency and realistic view on the current market. I loved that we were on the same page from the start and she made what likely is a stressful process as stress free as possible. We had some international travel coming up and we were able to work through our commitments to ensure there were no delays in the selling process. Janice and her team are extremely efficient and easy to work with. From the date we had our open house to close of escrow, Janice got it done in exactly one month. She was able to find the buyers and strategically "read the room," to get us the highest reasonable bid on our home. I would recommend Janice to anyone looking to sell in a heartbeat. I'm currently writing this review from my new home and I couldn't be happier with my experience with Price + Hou. I worked with Mark Mendez to buy my first home and he was amazing. From our initial buyers consultation through closing on my condo, Mark was super diligent in making sure I understood every step of the home buying process, and explaining all of my options to me without pushing me or having any personal agenda. The sellers of the home I ultimately bought requested a very fast escrow timeline and Mark not only helped with getting me set up in advance to make me comfortable committing to this timeline in my offer (and get my offer accepted over some higher bids as a result) but he also was incredible during the escrow process with helping set up inspections for me, and strategizing on requests for repair credits. Without a doubt will come back to Price + Hou next time I'm in the market!
