Then he helped us through the negotiating process, getting a price more than 10% below the initial asking price -- darn tough in today's world. When it came to the paperwork, not my strong point, he assisted with that and helped us locate inspectors. When I needed to find a place to keep some personal articles he helped find a place for that too.If you are buying in the central Ohio area and do not use Scott, you are not going with the best.
