I typically do not write a review just for the sake of it but the outstanding service we received from our Realtor, Scott Muenzner, calls for an exception. Scott put quality over quantity when it came to helping our family secure a home. The reason I mention quality is we were not just a number to Scott. He genuinely cared to get to know us and familiarize himself with what we were comfortable with when purchasing a home. An added bonus is that my husband found Scott by browsing for potential housing purchases online; Scott happened to reach out without being pushy or aggressive. We had briefly worked with a few other agents at the beginning of our home buying journey, and none were as communicative or dedicated as Scott. After that online encounter, my husband and Scott talked. Scotts experience in the Triad, and with us just moving from Virginia to North Carolina - he was able to carefully listen to our wishes and make our home purchase that much easier! Scott was 100% professional at all times, patient with our requests, and knew when to be a great sounding board in order to get us under the right contract! I have worked with Scott on two occasions and both times were worry and trouble free.
