At just six weeks old, she underwent open heart surgery--a life-changing experience that redefined Scott's perspective on resilience, gratitude, and what truly matters. Today, Tenleigh is a bright, energetic girl who still faces challenges, including epilepsy and occasional seizures. Her strength inspires Scott every day to lead with empathy and to be a steady advocate for the families he works with. Scott's wife, Kelly, has been by his side since the day her aunt introduced them--back when Kelly was shoe shopping and Scott was working as an Operations Manager at Kohl's. What began as a chance encounter turned into a lifelong partnership built on mutual respect, shared ambition, and a deep love for their family. Kelly works for the Department of Defense and brings her own dedication and strength to everything she does.
