He knew the market itself and exactly where to price the house, which honestly was a lot higher than we expected, but is again a testament to his knowledge of this industry, location and market. It was listed for two days and we had an offer that we excepted. He walked us through every bit of the process from start to finish which is extremely helpful in the first place, but 95% of this sale happened with us not even present as we had already moved to a different state.
