Ian was amazing! We felt and continue to feel completely comfortable in handling an otherwise challenging transaction. Our home sold at an excellent price in a difficult market before it became even more difficult. We were not rushed, in fact he listened to every concern or comment of ours with great focus. He was the calm in the "storm." He was very timely/responsive. This guy really cares about the people. We'll highly recommend Ian and would not consider another agent as long as Ian is active.

I first purchased a townhome and three years later sold the same townhome. On both occasions, I used Holly as my realtor. Ian is a man of integrity. He had our best interest at all times, and we knew he would do the right thing for us. We werent able to secure a house during our short visit, despite valiant efforts (offering $80K more and being one of 18 to get rejected??), so we relied on Ian to be our eyes and ears from long-distance. He patiently worked through a multitude of house options that we identified, insightfully giving us pros and cons for each option. He visited many of them for us and did virtual walk-thrus. He pointed us to a house that we immediately liked, and did a virtual walk-thru, pointing out all of our required features, additional nice features that werent on our list, and a few cosmetic things wed have to update. Due to his extensive experience, he knew how to place a fair bid, which was accepted. Were thrilled to have met Ian and his team. I asked our companys relocation team to recommend Ian for any employee whos moving to the area.
