In 2010, he began searching for ways to build a real estate team to provide an even higher quality of service to his clients. Keller Williams Realty offered him solid systems and models for growth and expansion. Currently the team has grown to eight people including 4 buyers agents, a transaction coordinator, a listing manager and a lead administrative assistant. The Lander Team has sold over 1000 homes in the Kingman/Mohave County area and has been the #1 team in sales for years running.
