ZillowVERIFIED It was great working with Scott and Cindy .I live out of state and both of them made sure I didnt have to worry about anything!They would check on the house regularly and if anything was wrong they would notify me and get my approval on getting someone to come out and fix the problem and send me the proof and invoices to pay .They also made sure the lawn was kept up as well and would always be there to meet the person and stay til the job was done right! Not only has he sold most of the houses in Cheval (some several times), he himself lives in Cheval with his family. Scott explained the price he recommended we list our home for, and because it was properly priced, our home sold the very first day for full price. He was there for EVERY single step in the process of selling our home and was always available and easy to reach via text or phone call. One night I texted him about 2:00 am and he even responded then within minutes!
