ZillowVERIFIEDAs the executor of my deceased sisters estate, it was my responsibility to sell her home. I live in Pennsylvania and the home is in Carrolton, Tx. I needed a deal estate agent I could trust and depend on. Scott was it! I signed all the paperwork and headed home..1500 miles away.Scott literally represented me by unlocking the home for cleaners and other folks involved in getting the house up for sale. I gave him checks for these companies and when he was satisfied with their work, he issued them the checks.Bottom line is, Scott sold the house in two weeks. ZillowVERIFIEDScott is a Pro's pro. I found him through Zillow and he proved himself almost immediately by jumping head first into our house search. I was relocating from Los Angeles, CA to Irving, TX so it was paramount the realtor I worked with knew the area and was well versed in property values. When you're buying a home that's over half a million, it isn't just going to be where you live - it's going to be an investment. Needless to say, Scott crushed it. He showed me more than 5 houses a day. Some I picked out - others he picked out. He warned me of things to watch out for in certain houses we looked at that I would have otherwise missed. Things that would have been costly. Eventually he found me my dream house and we got it for UNDER asking! Not easy to do in this market. If you wanna waist time and be dazzled by some fancy realtor in a Maserati who has back door deals in place with housing developers, go to the other guy. Do you want one heck of a house at an unbelievable price? Go to Scott. He gets it done and walks with you all the way through signing.
