He did not seem to provide good advice so we contacted other agents who confirmed that he was not providing all the necessary information we needed. We were selling a house and this guy would have cost us over $15,000 if we had listened to him. Get a lawyer if you plan to deal with this dishonest agent. He is lazy, not honest, untrustworthy and unprofessional. He only cares about his commissions. He will give poor advice. He wont do any due diligence. We learned this after consulting with other agents. Avoid headaches and find another agent and avoid anything with Signature Realty in Temecula. They only care about money and not their clients. This agent is not very smart but a very slick talker. Be careful with him. Hire an attorney if you plan to deal with him. He gave bad, lousy poor advice because he is lazy and just wants a quick deal for commissions. Find another agent is the best thing to do. Definitely hire an attorney if you plan to deal with this agent.
