Scott was outstanding. I live in a different state and Scott essentially acted like a contractor to facilitate significant repairs on my rental condominium. He purchased carpeting and coordinated with numerous workers to address various issues needing resolution before selling the property. He was always accessible and professional. He took the time to show me many different neighborhoods and homes until I could narrow down the specific neighborhoods and size/age homes I wanted. I lived in the Center and Pine street development in it's fledgling beginnings. The experience was the best I have ever had. Joe is wonderful and professional and always follows through. The building is beautiful and well appointed. I would high recommend Center and Pine and any other of Joe's projects. They are creating a really cool area along Center, Pine and State street opening new food venues and a great coffee shop. My place will be missed but Ill be a loyal patron once they are all open.
