As a life-long Chicagoan, I love to introduce new areas of the city and suburbs to my clients. As a first-time homebuyer, Scott was helpful to work with throughout the process. His understanding of the process and his connections with lenders and attorneys were very helpful and if youre looking to move quickly, Scott is a good bet. There is room for improvement to be more aggressive in the negotiations, although, that comes down to each buyers risk tolerance.
