We explained to Scott what we were looking for and that we were willing to wait as long as it took to find the right home for our family. Scott sent us listings occasionally when he thought something might be a good fit, but we never felt pressured. When we finally found the right home, Scott worked swiftly to close the deal and help us through the process. Even after we closed on the home, Scott has been available to answer questions and provided us with recommendations for subcontractors, landscapers, etc. He has been more like a friend than just our realtor. There are many setbacks and hurdles along the way. What makes them smooth is the professionals involved. Scott and his team were consummate professionals throughout the process and it made for a great experience. All communication was immediate, and any time I needed to be at the site, Scott and his team member Matt would find a way to make it happen(even with barely any notice, sorry again!). They would even rearrange plans to accommodate some of my off hours requests. My biggest takeaway from the process was that when tensions were high, Scott was cool.
