ZillowVERIFIEDI met Scott and Cindy Dunn at an open house in February, 2020. They were the listing agents. I visited the property that day (also bringing back family and friends) FOUR times. Each time, I was warmly greeted and my posse was treated to the full tour. No pressure to buy the home was brought to bear, even though I had shown such an interest in the property. Although I did not purchase this home, I knew I had found the perfect realty team. Cindy showed me many properties that met my needs, quite well. There was no time wasting in our search. She adhered strictly to my list of wants and needs, yet she also thought outside the box and brought me to some interesting places she thought might fit the bill. Within a week, I put in an offer on a home, and as I had many great options, the choice was a tough one. Cindy and Scott walked me through the process, step by step. EVERY text message, email and phone call was returned swiftly, and I was never left feeling anxious in any way. There are so many variables in real estate transactions, but Cindy and Scott helped me easily navigate them. Before and after the closing on my new home, Scott and Cindy walked me through the entire purchase process, including the inspection (Scott was beyond knowledgeable in this regard), financing, finding insurance, setting up utilities, discussion of home warranty, among many other small, but important procedures. Even a month after my closing, Cindy and Scott are in touch with helpful hints and ideas. Please believe me when I tell you, I was dreading this home search/purchase process. My only other home purchase, 22 years ago, was an absolute shop of horrors. I dreaded reliving the pressure and the angst. However, I felt none of this with Scott and Cindy. This sounds crazy, but I had an absolute blast working with this wonderful realty team. I always felt protected, there was much humor involved, and I could always get answers to my questions. I will recommend Scott and Cindy Dunn to EVERYONE I know who is looking to buy or sell their home. Please save yourself some time, and call them first!

He has always been there to answer questions, has gone above and beyond the Call of Duty for getting answers connecting me with landscapers, roofers, a handy man and others.. He has been very knowledgeable in negotiating for me with the listing agent,and has followed thru with everything l asked.... And I did ask a lot of questions because I was not sure of the entire process. Cindy was mostly in the background but she was able to give me numbers for various things l needed and did so in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Scott and Cindy if you are thinking of listing or buying a home here in the villages or in this area.. You will be very happy with their results!!

ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend the team of Scott and Cindy Dunn. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Scott was my buyers agent. He was very friendly and replied to my questions, comments, concerns very quickly via phone, email, text, and messenger. I bought a house with Scott as my agent, doing everything online while I was backpacking through Europe and Asia. I did have some serious technical issues while in Thailand but Scott did his best to take care of everything on his side. Bottom line, I closed on my house in a timely manner and I am 100% satisfied with my house. Scott has always gone way above and beyond the call of duty. He has continued to keep in touch with me and help me even after my closing, which proves that he cares about his customer on a personal level and not just his commission. I would absolutely recommend Scott and Cindy to all my friends, families, and all others looking for an honest, hard working, and overall amazing real estate team.
