Scott Cunningham is a dually licensed eXp Realty Agent, representing clients throughout Southern California and Northern Idaho markets. Before his work as a real estate agent, Scott was the Vice President of Operations and Co-Founder of a petroleum distribution business. His company started out with 4 walls and a lot of motivation, but grew to include a fuel-tanker fleet of 17 tractor trailers, retail fuel sites and two truck stops employing over 60 people. As a longtime entrepreneur, Scott is no stranger to hard work. When he takes a listing, he doesn't just sit and wait for the phone to ring. He exhausts every avenue to sell a home quickly and for the highest price,--- whether he is door-knocking the neighborhood to find buyers, leveraging his personal contacts, or disbursing the listing on international platforms, he leverages a wide-range of tools to attract the largest audience of potential buyers! When he isn't working, he is usually spending time with his large extended family and loving wife.
