We spent the better part of two days checking out properties in Wheeling, Glen Dale, and many places in Ohio.Scott was phenomenal! He was friendly, patient, and even took the time to drive to a defunct property many miles out from Wheeling so that I could view it for myself. He really went out of his way to show me a variety of homes. He has kept me updated by computer about some of the places we visited, too.I recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy a home in or around Eastern Ohio or the Wheeling area.

ZillowVERIFIEDPrior to meeting Scott, my husband and I had listed our home and property with two separate realtors and a brief period with FSBO (16 months total). We were getting very frustrated with the lack of technical skills and response time to our phone calls and emails. At this point our son recommended a realtor he knew and felt was very knowledgable and tech savvy in the marketing world. In the first meeting with Scott, we left knowing this was the guy who was going to get the job done! Our sale involved alot of issues. Possible subdivision and county commission approval; right of ways; surveying; gas/oil/coal rights; financing; multiple backup offers; and last but not least the sale of our furnishings and equipment. Scott took us through each of these issues step by step and kept us informed on a daily basis no matter what time of day. He was awesome! Scott is without question a true professional. All realtors need to take a lesson from Scott because he is there to get the job DONE!!! If there are any future sales or purchasing for us.... we'll definitely be looking for Scott again!!
