If you are looking to buy, build, or sell: Contact Scott and Ann. I cannot describe how fantastic they are to work with. I bought my first home with Scotts help and could not be happier. He knowledgeable in his field and it shows. He was able to discuss why homes in the 1900s were different than houses now. He was able to point out things that could be a problem that I never wouldve looked for (like there was some cracking in the foundation on a house I was looking at that I didnt notice, but he pointed out). He is extremely responsive and works for his clients: There was a house I really wanted to see, it had gone to market on Friday, I emailed Scott about it Friday night to see if we could fit it in to the houses I was seeing that Saturday, and Scott reached out to the realtor that morning to request a showing before we met up at 9. He ended up having to call multiple times that morning, called later that day, and was able to get a showing after reaching out to the other realtors office. I put an offer on that house that day, and ended up buying that house. Each step of the way he helped with questions, gave me advice on what he had seen over the years, and he would just check in to see how I was during the process. Scott really is there for his clients and thats not something you always see. A month after I bought my house, I got a call from Scott asking how being a homeowner was and if I had any questions he could help with. Scott honestly cares for his clients and it shows with how he handles the people he helps find a home. I am unbelievably happy with the house I bought, but I know if I need to find a new one that I have a team that will help me sell my house and buy my next home.
